Are my photos and videos private?
Yes they are private. We don’t see or access your photos and videos.
Do you save my phots and videos to a database?
No. We don’t save your photos or videos to any database. Your photos and videos are only saved on your device.
Does this app use my device’s Photo Library?
Yes. Photos and videos inside of Physique Tracker are saved and retrieved to and from your device’s Photo Library, similar to how Instagram works.
What if I delete a photo or video?
If you delete a photo/video from Physique Tracker it remains in your device’s Photo Library. If you delete the photo/video from your Photo Library, once it’s removed from your device’s Recently Deleted folder it will no longer appear in Physique Tracker.
Does using a VPN affect this app?
When you share a photo or video with your friends, if they are using a VPN they might not be able to download it. These are security measures in place by Apple and/or the VPN that we can’t control.
Is this a subscription-based app?
Yes. We currently offer subscriptions at very low prices since we are just starting out. If you subscribe now you’ll have your low price forever. Also, there are ZERO ads and we DO NOT take your personally identifiable information and sell it like free apps (such as Instagram) do.
How do I change or cancel my subscription?
Only you can manage your subscription. We can’t do it for you. To manage your subscription go to your device’s Settings>Your Name>Subscriptions.
How do I fix a billing issue or make a refund request?
